SubrScene 9.03 Updates for Bugs and Fixes

It was found that the latest installation icons on the desktop and in the start menu under windows have not been installing the working directory. This is fixed for the next release. Short term fix is to set manually for each icon. Please set working directory to location of that executable. Thanks Paul for catching that.

Update, SubrScene 9.03 is compiled with VS 2005. Recommended update to latest VS2005 redistributable if not using VS2005. Some users without the redistributable will experience a non descipt runtime error. This is fixed with the install. See http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
